Shipping policy

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified of cancelled. 

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. 

You will received an email with tracking information once your order ships. Local (South African) orders are shipped by reliable couriers. 

Note there may be delays regarding shipping during public holidays and during sale periods. 

GymSwag is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit, our parcels are not insured. 

A standard delivery fee is R100 for orders under R1000, and free for orders over R1001 anywhere in South Africa.
